Our products are custom made to order in your chosen style, color and size. For most orders our production team will print and ship your order within 3-6 business days.
Average Production & Shipping Time is around 10-14 business days within the USA and 21 business days for delivery outside of the USA.

Exchanges & Returns
Because all our items are personalized, we don’t accepts returns.
Orders with Damage, Defective or Incorrect Item(s)
If your order arrives damaged, with a defect, misprint or contains an incorrect item, please contact us within 60 days of delivery and we will organize a replacement for you at our expense.
Should you wish to opt for a refund instead of a replacement, then this will fall under our “change of mind” policy.
Reporting a damaged, defective or incorrect item is easy. Click the button below and tell us what the problem is. If the item is damaged, defective or incorrect please include a photo for reference.
Lost Orders
If your order is deemed ‘lost’ by our shipping carrier, we will dispatch a replacement to you at our expense or offer you a full refund.
